"All the principles of heaven and earth are living inside you. Life itself is truth, and this will never change. Everything in heaven and earth breathes. Breath is the thread that ties creation together."

Whatever You Do In Life Will Be Insignificant, But It’s Very Important That You Do It, Because Nobody Else Will.

Are You An Addict?

Are you depressed? Does it ease the pain you feel inside? Are people telling you your addiction makes you worthless? You’re a disgrace? Useless? Pathetic? Not worthy of life because you’re wasting it?
Heard all this a million times before?
Well let me say something… IT’S ALL LIES! Every single word of it.
The world is full of people that will lie to you. It’s full of people that are going to try their hardest to bring you down to your knees, especially when your weakness is so clear.
That does NOT mean that you’re pathetic. It doesn’t make you useless. You are NOT a disgrace because you have an addiction.
Everyone have something they have a weakness for but it doesn’t mean that you, yourself, are weak. You’re still alive. You’re living with that addiction and that takes more strength than anyone, without an addiction, will ever know.
It’s ok if you’re depressed and you find your addiction aids you in coping with the pain. Everyone has ways of coping with the bad things in their life. Ok, we don’t all make the best choices to deal with it, but it’s ok. Addictions can be beaten. You can overcome it and you CAN find other ways of coping. When you’re willing to admit the problem you’re already on the road to solving it. If you’re reading this you’re probably on the road to recovery. You wouldn’t be reading it if the word “addict” didn’t catch your attention. The first step to recovery is admitting there’s a problem. So, well done to you for taking that step. I am proud of you, you incredible human being.
No one can judge you for your addiction. They don’t know what you’re going through, what you’re feeling or how your addiction make you feel. No one has the right to judge you. Remember that. The people worth knowing won’t judge you. They’ll try and understand and help you. You don’t need those that judge you in your life. They’ll do nothing for you or your recovery.
You are worthy of your life. You were put here for a purpose. You have a reason to be on this earth and you’re not leaving until you’ve filled that purpose.
You’re NOT worthless. I don’t care what ANYONE tells you! You are an incredible, beautiful human being. You’re so strong and so brave. You’re coping with the pain and living with an addiction. What’s not strong about that?! You want to give it up but you know that in itself will be a difficult and painful road; you’re prepared for more suffering to get clean. What’s not brave about that?!
Are you forgetting that some of the greatest musicians in the world were/still are drug addicts. They’ve wrote inspiration music that has saved peoples lives. Their music has helped people over come depression, addiction, grief and do much more. What’s to say that you can’t follow in their footsteps? Ok, so you might not makes music or write stories and poems that inspire people. But what if you tell someone your story and you’re story inspires them to seek help for their addiction? They quit their addiction and re-build their lives because of your story? The things you said? You’ve just saved a life. That makes you a hero/heroine in my eyes. Not everyone can say that about themselves.
You, yes you, are worth more than you’re weight in diamonds and gold. YOU ARE PRICELESS.
I am SO proud of you. No, i don’t know you. I don’t know what you’re going through but i know it’s a long hard road, you’re here and fighting. That’s reason enough for me to be proud of you.
Keep strong in the face of adversity. Keep fighting and stay brave you incredible person.
There’s so much life has yet to give you.
Never give up, you deserve every once of happiness and good that, i promise, is heading your way!
